Review policy

We publish only reviews from customers who completed a booking made through an enquiry on this site. Each review is matched to the enquiry, moderated by a named administrator, and marked “Verified trip”. We do not buy, write or edit reviews to change their meaning, and operators cannot remove genuine negative reviews. Where no verified reviews exist, the page says so.
